    ABOUT THE JOB:

    - Provide timely IT support to end-users by phone, remote access or on-site covering desktop/laptops, email, network, local and global applications and other IT-related problems. Managing remote as well as on-site support of regional users within the APAC region.

    - Setup and configuration of computer and telephony end user equipment and applications

    - Microsoft Windows Server management and administration. Including user account setup, access rights configuration, and security group maintenance including group management.

    - Responsible for the management and build of virtualized technologies supporting the datacentre operations and shared storage networks supporting the data centre infrastructure and end users.

    - Manage and provide support for desktop and mobile device encryption platform following Wyndhams’s minimum security baseline.

    - Manage and administer anti-virus and malware systems for end user and data centre equipment ensuring the malware and virus definitions are up to date and effective.

    - Responsible in monitoring all data centre back-ups including troubleshooting and solving backup jobs errors by following backup procedures. Includes management backup media and off-site rotation and media management.

    - Testing and supporting the roll-out of windows security update patches using Microsoft deployment methodology to all end user windows devices, prioritizing and managing computer groups and individual department needs.

    - Manage and support Microsoft Messaging client implementation and on-going support

    - Setup and administer RCI Intranet Portal on Microsoft SharePoint or company cloud systems.

    - Responsible for providing on-call (including helpdesk) support, covering shifts rotation as well as 24x7 call out for IT issues, which includes weekends and public holidays

    - Responsible for email administration and support.

    - Assist support with mobile device security including phones and tablet devices, their configuration and on-going support.

    - Assist with IT security and SOX, PCI and PII requirements for all areas supported.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Minimum Engineering or Management Training or equivalent experience

    - Preferably Diploma / degree level in IT or a related discipline or equivalent experience

    - Minimum 2 years IT experience in an mid-size to large environment

    - Track record of working on multiple projects within a programme of work
