    o Basic knowledge in computer hardware, operating systems, applications and network troubleshooting

    o Ability to adopt standard practices and procedures set in the organization with detailed instructions..

    o Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.

    o Dependable and flexible with work schedule.

    o Good communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization

    o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, decision trees or diagrams

    o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and customers
