    Description


  • • Installation and Troubleshooting of PC and Peripherals, Routers, Switches and Hubs, Modems and other Network facilities
    • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
    • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
    • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
    • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
    • Installing or changing software to fix issues
    • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)
    • Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, BSIT or other related fields
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems
    • Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software
    • Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis
    • Good Customer Service Skills
    • Ability to Communicate Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
    • Specific Knowledge of other required Computer Systems for different work environments
    • Highly trainable, can work under pressure
    • Willing to work on a shifting basis and/or occasional graveyard shift
    • Willing to work ASAP
