This is a remote position.

We are currently looking for an IT In-House SAP Consultant to work permanently and be part of a Global Team.

Working Setup: work on-site in Cabuyao, Laguna

Shift: 7:30-5:06pm – Monday-Friday (compressed work week)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze, define and advise on IT-supported Enterprise process engineering solutions to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness

Be instrumental in the development of SAP Applications in coordination with process experts and power users

Handling of bug fix requests and providing solutions to users in case of application handling errors. Contacting external resources if problem cannot be solved within the agreed period

Self-dependent development of improvement to processes and functionalities under consideration of customer's benefit and profitability

Creates detailed project plans, including fiscal and human resource needs, leads to configurations of application solutions, participates in, although often leads, application acceptance and stress testing, data migration specifications and training of business partners in the proper use of the technology

Partners as a direct contributor, with cross-functional teams, global process experts and project managers to implement and support global information system solutions.

Acts as Liaison between the Implementation Teams, Process Experts and other Global IT organizations to ensure agreed-to-targets are achieved

Evaluation skills of alternatives and developing a supported position

Deep SAP Knowledge and practical experience including customizing

Written documentation and formulation skills

Planning, realization and controlling skills

Communication, coordination and interpersonal skills

Demonstration, visualization, presentation and teaching skills

Fluent in written and spoken English

Advance project management skills

With at least 5 years related working experience
