  • Responsibilities

    • Oversee IT Technical Support Team.

    • Monitor performance of IT Technical support team

    • Manage work schedule of IT technical support team

    • Provide direct support as a resource on the Technical support team

    • Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes.

    • Working with other IT teams to plan for the support of new tools and services and improving the level of support provided for existing ones.

    • Establish metrics and reporting on IT technical support engineer performance

    • Track and analyze trends in technical support engineer requests through regular reporting.

    • Prepare weekly management reports and project status updates.

    • Supports and maintains company systems (SIBOS, SILOS and Prones)

    • Other duties and tasks may be assigned as appropriate or necessary

    • Make sure skills set needed appropriate on the task / project.

    • Mentor Technical support engineer and identify areas for training opportunities to improve skills.


    • Graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines. A Master’s degree and ITIL certification is a plus but not preferred.

    • With 5-10 years’ experience in working with computer hardware and software assets including PC software (i.e., Linux OS, Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Windows XP, Vista and 7,), hardware (Desktop, Laptop, and printers) and Network, troubleshooting techniques, and other computer peripherals required.

    • Knowledgeable on LAN & WAN, PABX, CCTV, Biometrics, and in-house wiring

    • Any Programming Language, Oracle Database Management, SQL Plus and Developer.

    • Knowledgeable in IT requirements of remittance operations.

    • Organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects

    • This position handles the management, communication, and technical skills that will ensure smooth daily IT operations in the organization.

    • He / She shall ensure the daily technical support, monitoring, maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure and implement IT standards and policies across the organization.

    • Have a strong leadership skills

    • Willing to work on a flexible schedule and extend working hours /holiday/ off hours/ weekend as needed

    • Willing to be assigned in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna
