Offer description

1. Sets-up/ installs computers for Quickbooks
2. Performs trouble shooting of Quickbooks network problem, covering hardware and software
3. Monitors and provides report to Management on the company’s day to day status and performance data
4. Provides real-time update of the company’s day to day operations, covering such records as:
• Stock Insurance Return Sheet (SIS)
• Invoices
• Payment
• Return
• Transfer of Stocks (Warehouse Pull-out)
• Daily Record on Transferred Stocks
• Conversion of Raw Materials into Finished Goods
5. Ensures proper linkage of all transactions seeing to it that each and every transaction are interlinked, such as:
• Purchase Order Received Items Payment Check Reference
• Invoicing Payment Depositing to Bank Account
6. Ensures accurate tracking of customers and vendors, inventory and delivery, including customers overdue accounts
7. Generates data for Customer Specifications Compliance Report
8. Performs I.T equipment checks, partial or complete overhauls, when the need arises, endeavors improve systems reliability.
9. Determines and schedules I.T equipment preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability: repairs’ or replace I.T equipment as necessary to prevent long downtime
10. Handles server management, including computer upgrading and hardware/ software installation
11. Formulates systems program improvement from manual to computerization, and initiates upgrading from one network operating system to another or providing support existing system
12. Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, network s, printers, and scanners to minimize disruption and enhance the efficiency of company employees.
13. Exercises due vigilance related to computer systems and network to avert operational downtime.
14. Conduct studies on paperworks reduction and bookkeeping simplification
15. Initiates data back-up strategy and related contingency plan to keep business going in case of crises situation
16. Keeps abreast with new technologies that can hance the company’s growth and prosperity
17. Implements RA No. 10173 otherwise known as “Data Privacy Act” across the company to protect the company’s assets and data
18. Perform other function as maybe assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): Tagalog
• Knowledge: ERP
• Availability to travel: Yes
