  • IT Project Manager - Makati

    Candidate must possess a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related discipline;

    With proven experience in Project Management with focus in the IT sector.

    Work Location: Ayala, Makati

    Employment: initial Project-based contract for 1 year with 100% HMO coverage (Maxicare)

    Scope of Work:

    Proactively detects problems that could affect the service delivery

    Responsible for approval of Contract Change Management, standards and policies(operation)

    Focal point of contact for the customer on Operations

    Part of Customer escalation point

    Monitors service level performance and addresses customer satisfaction gaps and issues in operation delivery

    Understands requirements to ensure that client expectations are met and are within the scope of the delivery capability

    Approves Move-to-Production acceptance

    Prepares for customer reviews, and lead discussions related to day-to-day operations

    Proactively detects problems that could affect service delivery

    Ensures delivery of services within the scope of the contract, including reporting of service level metrics and performance standards

    Manages service demand and proposes service improvements

    Assesses risks, prioritizes, authorizes, coordinates and schedules significant IT changes

    Manages release to production of new services and systems for assigned customers.

    Ensures customer acceptance criteria are achieved and processes are in place for new services and systems

    Coordinates production planning with the customer

    Monitor service baseline volume

    Manage and monitor service requests ensuring they are addressed promptly

    Short and Long term planning for new services and projects

    Provide technical consultancy and advisory role to customer in new project initiative

    Assesses risks, prioritizes, authorizes, coordinates and schedules significant IT changes

    Manages release to production of new services and systems for assigned customers. Ensures customer acceptance criteria are achieved and processes are in place for new services and systems

    Coordinates production planning with the customer

    Responsibilities include account reporting for service level management, governance meetings and executive service summaries, and operations/availability summaries

    Monitor service baseline volume

    Manage and monitor service requests ensuring they are addressed promptly

    Short and Long term planning for new services and projects

    Provide technical consultancy and advisory role to customer in new project initiative
