  • As an IT Sales Lead - Cloud you will be responsible for building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Overseeing the sales team and sales program to ensure targets are met.

    Job Description:

    - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

    - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

    - Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

    - Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/IT/Computer Science or any related course

    - Preferably with at least 2 years IT Sales Background

    - At least 1 year supervisory level

    - Proven experience as a sales representative or sales lead, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

    - Must possess excellent negotiation skills

    - Knowledgeable in Sales Planning

    - Willing to work in Rockwell, Pasig
