Job Description

The primary responsibility of IT Software Development Manager is to lead an IT Fulfillment team through legacy, modernization and cutting edge application development and support.

JOB ROLES:

Responsible in researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs

Deploys software tools, processes, and metrics

Develops technical documentation to guide future software development projects

Observes user's feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products

Collaborates with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering and/or equivalent.

• IT managerial experience of at least 3 years.

• Experience in Account Management and/or Integration, Senior Support and/or Sales Engineering position.

• BPO Experience is a plus

• Proficient at planning, tracking and

• Implementing enterprise software and ensuring top-quality execution.
