Duties and Responsibilities

• Implements server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.

• Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.

• Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.

• Demonstrate knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products.

• Demonstrate ability to administer a 250+ node network including firewalls.

• Demonstrated ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.

• Demonstrate working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.

• Manage the negotiation of hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.

• Manage all information security projects, activities and tasks.

• Apply Server OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.

• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.

• Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.

• Monitor scheduled preventive maintenance on servers, desktop computers and other peripherals.

• Update all servers and workstations with the latest security updates, service packs, anti-virus definition files, and other tools to prevent internal and external exploits.

• Software installation (Windows for work-groups, MS Office, DOS

• Bachelor Degree & Course in related field

• At least 6 years’ experience as an IT specialist

• Knowledgeable in Windows servers and desktop products, and security operation

• Have work experience in construction company

• Have work experience in Japanese company
