JOB SUMMARY

• Maintaining working components through repair or replacement

• Assisting video conference/meeting with technical difficulties

• Assisting staff with hardware and software challenges

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems

• Implement security measures

• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements

• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems

• Install and update company software and hardware as needed

• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items

• Performs technology needs analysis.

• Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.

• Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.

• Manages small to medium sized projects according to agreed budgets and schedules.

• Apply Server OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.

• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MUST

• with 5 year experience as an IT engineer in manufacturing company

• at least 2 years’ experience as a managing position

• can work Saturday every week

• with SAP experience / Advance knowledge

• have work experience at least 200 employee company

• Have knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products.
