Roles and Responsibilities

- Carry out IT related tickets within internal and external benchmarks

- Provide support to the clients and staff

- Identify and report IT risks and business impact to the immediate supervisor

- Foster partnerships and build relationships across all department

- Produce and maintain IT service procedures

- Review and prioritize incoming requests including escalations, delivery timeframes to stakeholders, business impact, and relevance

- Subject matter expert on service desk related queries and procedures

- Formal and informal mentoring for team members

A Successful Candidate Must Have

- Related experience as an IT Support

- Excellent phone manner & problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail

- Great customer service skills
