OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.

    Job Description:

    • Ensures compliance to SLA in case resolution.
    • Ensures support cases are resolved permanently and reasonably on-time.
    • Ensures team responsiveness to all reported support cases.
    • Heads research and development for undocumented resolution procedures.
    • Provides technical lead in issue resolution.
    • Reviews closed/resolved tickets and ensure that issue was resolved properly with the corresponding documentation requirement.
    • Ensures that backup schedule is implemented without fail.
    • Ensures that restoration procedures are well documented and are followed with a checklist during implementation.
    • Complies to Change Management Policies and Procedures.
    • Provides the documentation requirement of a Change Request.
    • Maintains the baseline configuration documentation for the team and updates it as needed.
    • Ensures that testing and verification is implemented in every change request.
    • Commands compliance to all team members for the Configuration Management Process.
    • Reviews and archives daily real-time status monitoring reports.
    • Reviews and submits weekly reports on performance and capacity to the IT Head.
    • Escalates deviations to the Head of IT using a report template.
    • Ensures that the monitoring baseline thresholds are accurate and applicable to their usage.
    Job Requirements:

    • Knowledge / Experience in Multilayer switching, Advanced Routing (Load Balancing, PBR, OSPF, etc.)
    • Knowledge / Experience in a Domain controlled environment, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management
    • Knowledge / Experience in Firewall Administration (Sonicwall, Fortigate)
    • Knowledge / Experience in Linux Server Administration

    Preferred but not required:
    • MCSA certification
    • CCNA or CCNP Certification
