Job Description

Accounting

- Assist the daily operations of the accounting department

- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

- Meet financial accounting objectives

- Additional duties as assigned

General Affairs

- Coordinate and review all aspects of payroll

- Provides HR/Payroll support to field and corporate staff

- Maintain staff attendance records, working in coordination with the office: tracking sick, personal, professional, vacation and bereavement time

- Assistant Japanese staff

- Booking for rental car, airplane, and hotel

- Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

(1) Gender: Doesn't Matter

(2) Age: 20 - 30

-College Graduate (must have knowledge in Accounting)

-can speak Japanese language/read kanji (at least N2 or N3 level)

-must know how to make and read contracts

-must be proficient in MS Excel

- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply as long as with background in accounting and willing to trained

SALARY: 20,000-30,000

LOCATION: Quezon City
