• Job Responsibilities:

    Receive inbound chats and/or e-mail correspondence - gather and verify required information

    Actively review or listen to the client, taking their request for customer support and/or information

    Resolve customer issues and complaints

    Ensure great customer satisfaction with minimum customer inconvenience

    Input data to the information management system


    Bachelor's degree or a 4 year university

    Fluent in JAPANESE and English language, both oral and written

    BPO experience preferred

    Open to both native speakers only

    Permanent Residency/Work visa status preferred

    Mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions

    Tech savvy – knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.)

    Effective communication skills and good listening skills

    Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment

    Willing to work in shifting schedule

    Can start ASAP
