Qualifications:

- Open to College graduate or undergraduate with relevant working experience in Japanese Business is an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English languages

- Japanese Proficiency requirement – N2 to N1 level. ( Certification Needed )

- If No Certification, Atleast with 5 to 10 years residence in Japan.

- Also open to Half Filipino/Half Japanese residing in the Philippines

- Willing to report in in Makati City and Cavite Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands in Japanese language

Answer customer support tickets and calls in a professional manner

Research required information using available resources

Accurately manage and resolve customer issues

Route calls/emails to appropriate resource

Case/Ticket documentation

Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization

Awareness of relevant service levels

Translate documents from English to Japanese and vice versa

Act as translator/bridge during meetings with Japanese colleagues and clients

Process ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): Japanese
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Customer service, Commercial skills / Networking
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
