  • Half Japanese and Half Filipino

    Preferably staying in Pampanga or willing to stay in Pampanga

    Job Description:

    •Respond to Japanese client’s calls and queries and complaints.

    •Translate Japanese e-mail to English and Share with Filipino managers for customer service satisfaction.

    •Resolves service problems by clarifying the Japanese customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

    •Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

    •Work with company leadership to create and implement culture plan.

    Other Duties

    • As may be assigned by the company management.



    Qualifications:

    1. Preferably staying in Pampanga or willing to stay in Pampanga.

    2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

    3. Knowledge in ESL industry is an advantage.

    4. Half Japanese, Half Filipino encouraged to apply.

    5. Filipino who stayed in Japan for more than 5 years, fluent in spoken and written Japanese
