Support travel Inbound

Making quotation in Japanese language

Communicate with client/s using both Japanese & English language via emails, chat, and calls

Data encoding

Online Reservation Management

Process booking via email

Attend to customer’s requests and concerns via email

Monitor booking schedules

Handle and do negotiation with cancellation and other travel related

【 Requirements 】

(1) Gender: Doesn't Matter

(2) Age: 20 - 30

-Experience with travel agency Inbound side.

-can generate quotation in Japanese language

Preferred but not required: Diploma / Degree Holder in Hospitality Management/ Tourism Management or related field.

Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.

Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Japanese (Nihongo) (Hiragana/ Katakana/ Kanji)

Computer literate (proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Amenable to work in shifting schedule (Flexible)

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to Multitask

Willing to work in Makati City

Other Languages : Tagalog

Japanese Level: N3

English Level: Business

【 Work Condition 】

(1) Working Location: Makati

(2) Address: Makati City 1233, Philippines

(3) Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00

(4) Holidays: Sundays

Philippine holiday

Saturdays (Depend on situation)

Over Time depend on situation

(5) Salary: 25,000-35,000
