  • Main Duties

    *Assisting the Japanese President's tasks related to sales, will become sales staff in the future.

    As a sales assistant

    *Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

    *Keep an accurate record of relevant documents

    *Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

    *Prepare proposals requirements and contracts.

    *Answer inquiry by email, telephone, and face to face.

    Responsibilities for sales associate- in the future

    *Develop new clients by telemarketing or introduction through other clients, handle the client to hit the target

    *Promote new and existing products through different marketing channels

    *Give a demonstration of how the product works and close the deal, turning the client or customer into a consumer.

    *Make estimation and plan how to deliver it to the client, manage the delivery

    *after follow and problem handling of existing clients, make sure the clients are satisfied with the products

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    MUST

    - At least N3 level Japanese speaker (only speaking skills is ok)

    - Bachelor degree holder

    - With experience in sales (best if experience in handling both existing and new clients)

    - Has the eagerness to do sales

    - is flexible regarding working hours, might have overtime working and weekend work sometimes (they have overtime pay)

    - Willing to continue studying Japanese to improve Japanese skills

    BETTER

    - Has drivers license

    - Excellent customer relationship skill

    -Flexible and can work with minimal supervision

    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    -Can deal and interact with different kind of professionals

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
