Job Description:
1. To make appointments to our potential users and contractors.
2. To propose our products (including solution of energy saving) to our potential users and contractors.
3. To make layout and flow-sheet of our products.
4. To supervise installation, piping and wiring of our products at construction site.
5. To perform documentation on sales activities.
6. To prepare contract with customers
7. To prepare customer quotation (parts search, ordering, delivery arrangement and parts replacement visit)
8. To provide technical advice to customer
9. To collect information and create reports for service strategy
10. To input customer details in Full hanjo system
11. Aggregation for service, sales data for future planning
12. Some jobs related to servicing to customers (commissioning, inspection and repair of Products
13. Responsible for the marketing and advertising of the Products
14. And other jobs assigned by the superior from time to time.
*First few month may be assigned maintenance job in order to learn our products.
*Job training can be done in Philippines and overseas
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Abides by and performs to the best of her abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities, either administrative or non-administrative, to be assigned by the Company or its authorized representative in due course.
Job Requirements:
- Can speak Japanese
- has experience sales engineer
- Good communicator
- Willing to train in the Philippines or Overseas
-Can start ASAP
