- With or Without Call Center Experience
- Good – Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Fully Vaccinated
- With basic troubleshooting/tech background and willing to upsell

**Qualifications **
- Background with IT related work experiences focusing on software and cloud technology.
- Programming language proficiencies.
- Support Recognitions, any awards or recognitions given to his/her previous employment. (e.g. Top CSAT of the month, employee of the month, top performer of the month or anything equivalent)
