Duties/Responsibilities
You will answer incoming calls from customers who want to make purchases, handle inquiries, handle complaints, resolve significant customer service issues, and provide general information. You will be a member of the team that potential customers who are interested in our products first get in touch with, and you will be in charge of assisting them with their phone and online purchase decisions. You can inform customers on the terms and benefits of the product through voice and web interactions, all while projecting a professional company image.

Qualifications
At least 1-3 months of Call Center Experience
A minimum age of 18 is required for applicants.
The applicant has completed high school (old curriculum) or senior high school (new curriculum)
superior communication abilities in English
strong system and computer navigational capabilities
