Job Description
A Technical Support Representative is a person who provides answers to questions from customers regarding use and trouble-shooting of equipment. Answering incoming calls from customers and also resolving customer inquiries/requests. In addition, developing and maintaining accurate files.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Has good customer service orientation
- Has good analytical skills
- A1 and up AM score with at least 1 month of call center experience.
