【 Job Description 】

Job Description:

• Responsible for the review, analysis, and evaluation of business systems and user needs.

• Analyzes TOR (Terms of Reference), Technical Specification, Success Criteria, Functional and Technical Requirements

• The BA documents requirements that define scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

• Prepares documents like BRD (Business Requirement Document),

FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and Project Timeline

• Understands the software development cycle and process

• Work with the design and development team to relay and convey requirements for software development

• Involved in quality assurance and systems testing (QA).

• Conduct user orientation and serve as the primary contact and support during the scoping phase and possibly right through to client sign-off

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

• At least 1-3 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance

• Experience in project implementation

• Working knowledge of the IT internet industry and SAAS application is a plus

• Enthusiastic to join a rapidly evolving, fast-paced start-up environment

• Must have a good oral and written communication skills
