JR Lawyer for Global Maritime Industry/Salary: 70,000 - 80,000/San Antonio Village, Makati

• Preferably with 3-5 years experience as a lawyer in a law firm
• No Relative in by affinity or consanguinity within 4th degree in any companies under PTC.
Major Responsibilities:
• Prepares, drafts, or reviews contracts, corporate documents, and other legal documents;
• Support and work closely with senior management on all legal, regulatory, and business
matters;
• Handles, facilitates, or monitors cases, when necessary;
• Represent the company in legal proceedings;
• Provide general counseling and advice on matters forwarded to the Department;
• Oversees the Team on the absence of the Department Head;
• Conduct orientations, seminars, or other similar activities relating to specific topics on Legal and
Compliance, if necessary;
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
KPI:
• Timely feedback on the legal documents being reviewed.
• Regular orientations or seminars conducted.
• Timely filling of the necessary documents for cases and compliances.
• Prompt accommodation on requests for counseling and advice.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 4 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
