  • The Asst. Pastry Chef is responsible in overseeing the Pastry Section of the Hotel. The Asst. Pastry Chef works directly with Executive Sous chef and F & B Manager in creating new desserts and breads served in Ala Carte and for buffet breakfast menus. Also maintains the quality of pastry and breads produced to meet customer’s satisfaction.

    · At least 1 year practical experience in production of baked goods such as pies, breads, cakes, artesan breads,

    · Can Create high quality and creative bakery products.

    · Can be able to work without constant supervision.
