Junior Accountant

Offer description

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
-Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
-Maintain accounts receivable customer files
-Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
-Investigate and resolve customer queries
-Process, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts receivables.
-Process adjustments
-Organizing a recovery system and initiate collection effort.
-Comply with financial policies and regulations.
-Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
-Manages account clerical staff by coordinating activities, providing direction, and answering questions
-Responsible in BIR reports and filing (monthly, quarterly and annually)

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, ERP
