  • 1. Establish detailed process procedures from Lairage – anti mortem to stunning, bleeding, dehairing, singeing, head slashing, bung dropping, evisceration, offal removal, weighing and refrigeration and delivery of both hog and cattle line. (and all other processes involved in Slaughter operation that was not mentioned)
    2. Supervise end to end slaughter operation
    3. Allocate manpower according to skills, priorities and necessities.
    4. Enforce implementation of established processes during operation and imposed means of disciplinary action whenever necessary.
    5. Ensure all slaughter operation associates properly follow detailed instruction as describe in the Work Instruction sheet.
    6. Ensure all protocols required by NMIS and/or City Vet during, prior and after slaughter operation are being strictly followed.
    7. Ensure that all operation associates practiced proper use of all equipment, machineries and tools during slaughter operation.
    8. Suggest and initiates improvement of systems, procedures and processes until best optimal procedure is achieved.
    9. Monitor daily attendance, physical condition and hygiene of each associate for every operation.
    10. Ensure strict adherence on Quality procedures, proper dress code and tools included.
    11. Submit daily input/output/variance report with total man-hours utilization to General Manager.
    12. Submit weekly accomplishment report.
    13. Proper filing of reports, Inspection results and documents related to slaughter operation
    14. Ensures strict implementation of safety and cleanliness in the workplace at all times, maintain a “zero injuries” workplace. Practiced 5S
    15. Perform other duties as assigned


    1. College graduate, (technical course, included)
    2. With experience in ISO standards and discipline
    3. At least two years’ experience in a manufacturing setting, (with experience to AAA slaughter operation is very much an advantage)
    4. Willing to work in shifts.
    5. Knowledge in people management
    6. Possess strong leadership
    7. Must be computer literate, (MS office)
