  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

    2. Help/assist customers through email, phone, presentations, screen-share and in person meetings

    3. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

    4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

    5. Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external clients

    6. Forecast and track KPI

    7. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; trainings and seminars, maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

    8. Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

    9. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

    10. Monitor and analyze customer’s tendered services

    11. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

    12. Liaise between the customer and internal teams

    13. Coordinate with the design and implementation team for project design and kick off.

    14. Update status of projects thru subsidiary report

    15. Update KPI status thru performance monitoring report

    16. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications:

    Education Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / or any Engineering field

    Proficiency/Skills MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Client Management, Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Pleasing Personality, Power BI, Can work in minimal supervision,

    License/ Certification With or without License

    Experience Required Fresh Graduate or at least with 1 yr. related experience
