  • 1. Graduate of Marketing or any Business course

    2. Minimum five years sales experience in local ICT industry with proven track record. Working experience across all major ICT brands.

    3. Technology background with similar organizations would be advantageous;

    4. High achievers who are ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast paced changing environment.

    5. Channel/retail sales experience with good network of distributors and retail partners

    6. Good market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment

    Responsibilities

    1. Meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to sales rules of engagement

    2. Launch new CE Products for CE and IT market, including but not limited to smart phones, tablets, routers and accessories

    3. Aggressively drive to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices and support

    4. Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management

    5. Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects

    6. Provide weekly reporting of inventory, sell-through, sell-out, and forecast

    7. Provide recommended PO quantity to retail partners, and push for their PO’s to distributors

    8. Work with retail partners, their stores as well as our own retail team on the store coverage: LDU, POSM, promoter incentive program, etc.

    9. Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products

    10. Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows

    11. Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations

    12. Define and execute partner sales plans

    13. In charge of building branding footprint in retail

    14. Timely observe and solve the issues with the cooperation

    Excellent in oral and written communication skills

    Can work with a minimum supervision
