  • Key Accounts Specialist Job Description Summary:

    The Key Accounts Specialist has the primary responsibility for expanding and maintaining the Sales performance of the assigned retail group. The position calls for ensuring that all sales programs are successfully executed implementing consistency the policies, strict alignment with the marketing programs and within the bounds of the Biocostech, and identifying the critical requirements needed by his/her

    Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for prospecting and opening of new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationship.

    2. Analyze data and confers with various departments to plan advertising & marketing services to define the right trade segments.

    3. Oversees all aspect of sales staff field operations. Plans and direct staffing, training & performance evaluation to provide development and growth of sales team.

    4. Monitor’s customer satisfaction and needs to determine focus of sales efforts; resolves customer’s complaints regarding sales and service.

    5. Hands-on and perform other functions to accomplish department goals and meet deadlines.

    6. Prepares budgets and approve or reject budget expenditures.

    7. Submit weekly and monthly report as defined by Sales and Marketing Manager.

    8. Timely and regular collection of sales from the clients and all collection/Ageing accounts.

    9. Ensure placement of PO’s terms from the client to increase sales.

    10. Willing to travel extensively on the need arise.

    With strong background in handling Modern Trade accounts. (SVI, SM, MDC, Watson’s, 7-11, Puregold, Robinson, Waltermart, etc)

    At least with two (2) years experience in the same fields is required for this position

    Bachelor/College Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
