Job Description (Responsibilities)

• Assists the cook in preparing food in the kitchen

• Ensure food ingredients and inventory levels and communicate when necessary

• Handle and store ingredients and food well.

• Collaborates with the Café staff for customer orders.

• Works well under pressure and within the time limit.

• Ensures that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are clean before the cafe opens and before the end of the shift.

• Maintains a healthy and safe work environment by following café sanitation regulations.

Job Specification (Requirements)

• At least a High School or Vocational Graduate

• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred

• Detail-oriented

• Polite and engaging personality

• Have strong communication skills

• Must be willing and able to work on a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
