·        Reviews documentation for new customer accounts, ensures that new account holders do not have restrictions or negative activities that would make impact with their account.



·        Compliance with regulations and attainment of specific processing requirements.



·        Performs detailed data gathering and analyze the gathered data.



·        Communicates efficiently and effectively with customers via Email, Chat, and Calls.



·        Assists and helps customers to resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
