    This particular Korean Customer Service Representative will be joining a newly built Multi-Lingual team, and report directly to a Team Leader who will roll up their sleeves and jump in the trenches alongside you.

    Qualifications required for a Korean Email Customer Service Associate:

    * Must have completed at least two (2) years of college education. High school graduates are welcome to apply if with at least one (1) year BPO related work experience

    * Experience on Email /Live Chat Support/ Customer Service Support preferred

    * Has strong written communication and comprehension skills

    * Can type at least 35 WPM

    * Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction

    * Capacity to work from home is preferred

    Skills required for a Korean Email Customer Service Associate:

    * Must be fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written) preferably Korean Native speakers

    * Active Listening and probing skills

    * Call Center experience is a plus
