Job Scope
• To coordinate and report to the client’s Internal Sales Manager for the following tasks:
o Quoting activity within required time frames.
o Provide stock availabilities and seek supplier price quotations.
o Maintain accurate records of quotes and supplier pricing and work with branch network to ensure orders are
processed correctly.
o Ensure accuracy of sales order and quotation data in the system.
o Assist customers with general enquiries including providing order status advice and technical information related
to any orders placed.
o Maintain and manage an organised quotations file. (Electronic)
o Ensure a clear line of communication is maintained with customers and Branch team.
• Other related tasks as required by the management and/or the client
Job Requirements
• Experience in a Customer Service environment, focussed on quoting, estimating, tendering and project administration.
• With broad industry experience (customers, competitors, products and general plumbing).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Can do attitude
• Friendly and helpful customer service
• Team player
• A high attention to detail
• Self-motivated person who is obsessive about satisfying customers and dedicated to complete tasks on time and
proactive customer communication.
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
