    Job Description

    An L1 Helpdesk should have technical knowledge around Windows Registry and an understanding of DB queries. Provide technology support in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Troubleshoot end-user hardware and software issues. Create new user accounts, assign permissions, change passwords, unlock accounts, etc. Troubleshoot basic network performance.

    Work Setup

    You will be working the work-from-home setup at our NCR site.


    -Ability to quickly learn and follow established process and procedures

    -Professional verbal communication skills a must

    -Customer oriented, self-motivated, ambitious, and dedicated team player

    -Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

    -Self-starter that exhibits a high level of attention to accurate detail

    -Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills

    -With working experience in a Level 1 helpdesk role (does not need to know any coding experience.)
