  • MVP Asia Pacific Inc. has an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently in need of a L2 Helpdesk Engineer who will be based in our Clark office. Our client delivers computer support and services in the Brisbane central business district in Australia.

    The successful candidate must possess:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field.

    • At least 2 years of work experience as Helpdesk Engineer

    • Providing Level 2 Support.

    • Experience with the following:

    • Windows OS

    • Windows Server

    • VMWare or HyperV

    • Microsoft 365

    • Backups (Veeam experience preferred)

    • Networking

    • Printers

    • Microsoft Azure (advantage)

    • Keen to details and highly organized.

    • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
