Qualifications
The Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in math-related major
10 years + of performing core retirement work and an in-depth understanding of the funding of and accounting for retirement and other post-retirement benefit plans
Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with client teams
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with other team members, and to provide guidance and leadership working with diverse team members.
Possessor expects to be able to quickly develop advanced knowledge of internal Towers Watson tools
Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity
Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
Strong analytical skills
Enjoys training/mentoring junior staff
Actuarial exams/designation, a plus

MONTHLY SALARY: P130,000
