    P O S I T I O N S U M M A R Y

    The Lead Generation/Business Development Officer is a highly visible position having direct contact with future and current clients. This is a position for an individual possessing the proper experience, professionalism, and dedication. He/She is responsible for increasing sales and profits related to the organization's services.

    He/She must have excellent communication skills and is expected to interact with shareholders, executives, and clients daily. The primary tool will be the email and phone - new business may also be found through digital marketing campaigns (inbound) and other outbound campaigns.

    Highly motivated, possessing a growth mindset and grit, a self-starter who is professional, positive, and not afraid of challenging work. Able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple channels, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research - understands the B2B sales arena, clients' journey, and lifecycle. Have a passion for lead nurturing (micro-conversions) - to push the leads down the sales funnel so we can convert that as actual clients (macro-conversions). A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential. D U T I E S A N D R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

    Lead Generation Implementation. Conducts research to identify potential prospects (contact list building for cold and warm contacts) Follows up on high quality leads to generate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads). Does cold calling, verification, proper qualification of leads (e.g., BANTP, CHAMP, MEDDIC, or other qualification frameworks) Does lead scoring and lead segmentation

    Does Appointment setting Manages a high volume of B2B (Business to Business) prospecting by email and phone. Effectively builds, manages a lead generation pipeline.

    Does effective data management in compliance with the 6 dimensions of data (Completeness, Consistency, Conformity, Accuracy, Integrity, and Timeliness) when working with raw data, files, reports, dashboards, campaigns, etc.

    Processes digital marketing initiatives through social media, Google Search Network, and other similar platforms

    Creates and submits required reports to the Sr. Business Development Manager and Board of Directors

    Attends business networking events and meetings as required by the Sr. Business Development Manager and Executive Director

    Other Supporting Roles

    Work directly with Sr. Business Development Manager to provides insights, suggestions, recommendations to continuously improve the lead generation and business development's campaigns, activities, tasks, and programs.

    Functional Competencies

    Must be proficient in various computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    Ability to understand and analyze complex processes quickly and accurately

    Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects that will be assigned from time to time

    Has a strong work ethic and possesses a can-do attitude when faced with challenges

    Familiarity in working with a sales tech stack

    Education & Work Background

    B.S. / B.A in Business, Advertising and Marketing preferred or at least 4-year college degree holder

    Have experience using Email Marketing Automation or Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klenty, etc.

    Strong experience in building email copy for email sequences, cadences, and one-off emails.

    Background in improving email deliverability, familiarity with senders authentication, senders reputation.

    Have excellent experience in telemarketing in generating MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead)

    Minimum of 1-year related experience, with prior sales, experience a plus

    Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.

    Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Knowledgeable in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Social Media Platforms

    Preferred:

    o Have a background in building content for email or the website.

    o Knowledge or background in PPC and SEO.

    o Experience in using MOZ, AHREF, or SEMrush

    Required Skills

    Strong Communication skills: Efficient, Effective, and Timely transfer of information and responses.

    Excellent time management skills

    Strong interpersonal relationship skills

    Excellent in both written and spoken English language

    Basic to advance working knowledge of computer systems

    Has basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

    Must be able to work on flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed

    Temporarily in a wfh set-up
