  • As a Leads Generation Supervisor - BPO you will be responsible for finding opportunities for sales team; reach to potential prospects. Oversees the sales team to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.

    Job Description:

    - Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via research, cold calling, email campaigns and other marketing activities

    - Work closely with Sales and Sales Operations in addressing any RFI & RFP that were procured during the prospecting activity

    - Develop an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing and policies

    - Conduct Market Research to identify new business opportunities

    - Provides insight into product development and competitive positioning


    - Must have at least 2 years of experience on inside sales or leads generation in the BPO industry

    - Should have B2B experience in leads generation or business development

    - Exposure to sales CRMs and research tolls will be an advantage

    - Must have excellent MS Office skills

    - Willing to work in Makati
