POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY:

This role will be responsible for the coordination of training and development within the firm. Primarily, the job is to identify training needs, evaluate training initiatives, and maintain staff training records.

REPORTING:

This position will report to the Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing and assisting in the information needed for monthly reports.

Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submission of monthly reports.

Designing and administering training programs.

Providing expertise in development design.

Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities.

Guiding managers and supervisors in developing training skills.

Identifying, scheduling and monitoring of remedial Induction sessions

Monitoring completion of required Induction off cycle hire sessions

Ensuring completion of training records in Vantage

Ensuring accuracy and timely update of the Emotional Intelligence Training Tracker

Assisting in daily Vantage and Attend reports extraction

Monitoring of Training Request Forms

Assisting in training logistics including calendar invites and monitoring files

Assisting in daily attendances extraction, preparation and reconciliation

Providing administrative support for tasks related to maintenance of training materials in Team

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Background:

Must be graduate of Communication Arts, Mass Communications or equivalent

Essential Requirements:

At least 3 years total work experience in the same field

Skills

Able to communicate effectively and openly (written and verbal) and must possess exceptional presentation skills

Excellent project management skills including collaborating with upper management

Ability to identify, plan and execute process improvements in relation to training process and programs

Comfortable working and communicating with team members of all levels and tenure

Good knowledge in the use of (1) Microsoft Applications (e.g. word, excel, powerpoint) and (2) Google tools (e.g. docs, sheet, slides)
