    Identifies prospective clients, communicates to them, and develops strategies to increase the occupancy rate of all properties.

    Prepares the Lease Offer for identified prospects, prepares the Lease Offer Agreement and/or Lease Contract and Statement of Account for closed deals.

    Meet with prospective tenants and take them on tours of the unit/s that interest them.

    Correctly completes all lease applications, assists with application verification and notifies prospective tenants of results.

    Assists, organizes and files appropriate reports, leases and paperwork requirements.

    Assists in coordinating tenants’ activities to facilitate better tenant retention.

    Works directly with tenants and monitors properties to ensure compliance to the stipulations of the Lease Contract.

    Assists tenants in resolving construction and operation-related problems and issues in coordination with the engineering/technical department.

    Maintains and updates tenants’ records and profiles, including proper filing of tenants’ permits and licenses.

    Follow up and inform tenants of any changes to the rental agreement or upcoming problems with the property.

    Manage the customer interface with tenancies to ensure appropriate consideration of customer requirements and effective management of issues and any complaints.

    Assists the Property Manager in overseeing leasing procedure with new and current tenants.


    Collect cash bonds, security deposits and rent payments.

    Monitor and track the receipt and reporting of income in accordance with agreements to ensure it is received and action implemented for outstanding amounts.

    Coordinate property maintenance.

    Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.

    Coordinates with the Building Administrator and Security Officer in the proper facilitation of incoming and outgoing tenants in accordance to the construction and renovation guidelines and the house rules and regulations.

    Prepares Statement of Account for monthly rent based on the AR reports from Accounting

    Issues collection, disconnection, and demand notices to tenants with overdue accounts

    Prepares memorandums and other forms of lessor - leasee correspondences

    Prepares payment requests for contracted parties and suppliers.

    Perform inventory on office supplies on periodic basis. Reports needs to Property Manager

    Attends company meetings when requested

    Assists Property Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, tenants’ communications, move-out inventory, market surveys, etc.


    Maintains Facebook pages of Lanang Business Park and Eskina

    Submits weekly band line up to the Graphic Artist, and uploads it to Eskina fan page regularly

    Coordinates with and submits weekly band line up to radio agent to maintain weekly promotions on radio

    Monitors contract with advertising partners and ensures renewal will be facilitated upon approval from the VP Marketing

    Perform Administrative tasks that may be assigned by the management.


    Education: Graduate of any business related course

    Experience: Preferably with at least 2 years experience

    Other Skills: Advanced computer skills

    High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
