Data Privacy
Business Permit, Licensing, and Accreditation
Detail-oriented
Can represent the Company in court cases and litigation
Can render sound advice for legal matters
People Management
3-5 years practicing law in a law firm servicing Corporate Clients or as a Corporate Lawyer
Able to draft and review contracts of varying degrees and application
Well-versed in commercial law and employment law
Working Days: Monday to Friday Time 8:00-17:00
Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Language(s): English
