  • Collates all Company & Buyer’s Documentary Requirements of Title Transfer. Initially evaluates all documents in relation to Title Transfer & coordinates with involved government agencies.
    - Collates all Buyer’s Requirements and company requirements for Title Transfer
    - Summarizes accounts for payments
    - Updates DOAS & Title Transfer Monitoring
    - Coordinates with BIR, RD & LGU in relation to Title Transfer
    - Prepares request for pull out of Title to be used for Title Transfer
    - Prepares ORF for the Release of Transferred Title from Office of the President

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Political Science, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
    - With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in a real estate industry with background in Title Transfer.
