-Reply to Emails from the staff of clients
-Get updates on the most recent regulations issued by SEC, BIR, Immigration, and other concerned Government Agencies
-Manage e-filing of Corporate documents
-Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
-With Bachelor's degree and knowledge of legal/corporate documentation
-Fluent in English, both written and verbal communications
-With proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office
-Willingness to learn more about Japanese Business Practice
