    Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Legal Management and related courses.

    Minimum 2 years work experience at writing or reviewing legal documents in the capacity of working in corporate legal department, law firm or an M&A boutique.

    Ability to connect key information from one legal document to another legal document such as shareholders, share types, capitalization table, clients, employees, director and officers

    Good communication skills – verbal and written.

    Capable of working independently and with team members

  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
