Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 support to client’s and staff relating to IT Services

- Knowledge of IT best practices

- Carry out IT-related tickets within internal and external benchmarks following Shore360 business processes

- Update IT-related tickets as required and communicate with clients, staff, and Shore360 to ensure clarity around what can be expected

- Identify and report IT risks and business impact to immediate supervisor

- Foster partnerships and build relationships across all departments within the organization and provide sound advice on technologies to improve department efficiencies and effectiveness

- Produce and maintain IT Service procedures

- Review and prioritize incoming requests including escalations, communicate delivery timeframes to stakeholders based on urgency, business impact, and relevance

- Participate in projects as directed by IT Management

- Any other reasonable duties as assigned by management

- Understanding of systems and process analysis, particularly for identifying problem areas and improvement opportunities

Schedule

- Morning - 6 am to 3 pm

- Mid - 12pm to 9pm

- GY - 9 PM to 6 am

- Mon to Fri including weekends

Required Experience

- Minimum 2 years work experience or have served a minimum of 1 year in Shore360 Service Desk Team

- Minimum Qualifications

- Graduated with an Information Technology related degree
