  • The administrative assistant shall meet the following qualifications:

    Computer literate

    At least two (2) years experience in government liaison and related functions

    Requires minimum supervision, organized and with good communication skills

    With a strong work ethic and good moral character

    Must possess a bachelor’s/college degree, any field

    Initiate documentation process

    Establish and maintains a significant level of relationship with customers and relevant government agencies.

    Coordinate relevant documents, clearances, licenses, and approvals that may be required at the site.

    Liaise and coordinate with other business units and internal service providers to ensure that all requirements are in compliance with national standards.
