  • This role is responsible for updating customer records and processing the order and management of the valuation process. These tasks include responding to and providing best action to customer requests, uploading supporting documentation, undertaking follow-ups with the relevant third party, and creating history notes or updating workflows to keep track of the status of the valuation. The Officer is expected to deliver exceptional customer service within Service Level Agreements, while ensuring that all funder policies and company benchmarks are met. This role supports the Loan Assessment Team and reports directly to the Loan Assessment Team Leader.

    Preferably with BPO Experience
