Minimum Requirements:

 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
 At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Should have background in HDMF Loan processing


Duties and Responsibilities:
 In charge in ensuring that borrower will submit the complete documentary requirements within 30 days from date of reservation.
 Evaluates borrower’s income capacity
 Prepare Borrower’s Evaluation Sheet
 Preparation of Bank endorsement for checking account
 In charge in preparing and printing of Borrower’s Loan Documents for signature of the borrower.
 Prepare Technical Documents for request of House Inspection
 Preparation of transmittal for filling and approval of MSVS
 Endorsement of buyer’s signed loan documents for signing of Company’s representative.
 In charge in notarization of signed CTS
 Prepares borrower’s loan folder for submission to financing institution
 In charge in requesting latest SOA from Billing and Collection Group
 Dev Entry of buyer’s loan folder
 Endorsement of folders to Liaison Officer
 Receive Notice of Approval/Letter of Guaranty from Liaison Officer
 Encoding of received NOA/LOG on Data System
 Endorse NOA and mother folder to Post Takeout Group

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
